In your role you will be responsible for;

• Providing a high level of claims management services to clients specialising in commercial property and motor claims
• Lodging accurate detail from the client on the claim at hand 
• Interpreting policy wordings and analysing claims history 
• Appointing assessors when required and negotiate on claim settlement 
• Maintain an exceptional standard of client servicing at all times

Your experience 

• Experience in handling commercial claims
• Ideally have experience in the end to end claims management process
• Fantastic relationship management skills and excellent phone manner
