Based in Sydney CBD on an initial 6-month contract, you will be joining a team of Case Managers and Senior Case Managers who are improving the lives of injured workers lives and supporting them with medical treatment and services.

Reporting to your team leader you will be responsible for: 
  • Strategically managing a portfolio of claims to ensure an efficient and cost-effective service for the injured worker.
  • Collaborate and liaise with all key stakeholders to ensure correct information and possible RTW procedures are being enforced.
  • Attending Case Conferences with employers and medical practitioners when required.
  • Liaising with internal departments to collaborate on Injury Management plans.
  • Working collaboratively as a team to reach KPIs.
  • Accurately recording updates and calculation of entitlements.

To be considered for the role you must:
  • Have excellent customer service experience with a strong passion for care.
  • Previous Claim Handling Experience.
  • Allied Health Background such as Rehab Consulting/Counselling, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist (Desired).
  • The ability to build strong rapport and influence outcomes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
