A very reputable insurance firm is looking for an experienced travel claims consultant to join their growing team in the Sydney CBD for a 3 month period.
This is a great opportunity to gain further travel claims experience with this market leader as claims start picking up during the peak overseas holiday season.
There is a chance to progress to a permanent position with this firm at the end of the initial 3 months, and further chances to move into other areas within the business in the future.
The role:
- Manage a portfolio of travel claims end-to-end
- Handle all enquiries
- Develop and continue relationships with third parties
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers and intermediaries
- Process new claims and manage existing claims
- Provide timely update to all stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or disputes
Previous experience:
- 1-year minimum experience in travel claims
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interpret travel insurance policies
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for customer service
