THE COMPANY
Highly successful, growing, market leader (in their field), are currently in the market for an experienced Property Underwriting Manager.
THE ROLE
As the Property Underwriting Manager, your role is to be responsible for the management and underwriting of an extensive portfolio of clients. Also responsible for leading, coaching & mentoring a team of 8 direct reports.
YOU
Candidates will need to have a proven background in Property underwriting, demonstrating at least 5 years risk underwriting experience in product lines such as property, & liability, They will also be across Capacity Treaty, Facultative -Risk Acceptance. Risk analysis, rating competencies and an in depth understanding of risk surveys.
Proven leadership, mentoring, coaching, technical, analytical and communication skills.
Education Requirements:-
Associate or Insurance Diploma (minimum)
