A well-known and respected insurer based in the heart of the CBD is looking to add to their experienced travel claims team to assist with their busy claims portfolio.
This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door of a renowned insurer and impress them with your claims handling ability with the chance of securing a permanent position at the completion of your 3 month contract.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of travel claims that include medical, luggage and lost deposit claims.
- Provide an exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Maintain a high quality of work to ensure that claims are dealt with efficiently and quickly.
- Contribute to the existing friendly team environment
About you:
- A passion for managing travel claims
- Customer focused and driven to provide the best outcome for all involved
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret travel insurance policies
- A minimum of 12 months travel claims experience
