MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be searching for multiple Motor Claims Case Manager's on an initial six month contract, to join a well-established and continuously growing company based in the CBD.

The role will include, but not limited to: 

• Manage end to end claims, with a personal, hands-on approach
• Make liability decisions
• Authorise payments within delegated limits
• Coordinate all investigations and legal referrals 
• Prepare all necessary forms, records and documentation, to include statistical analyses and reports, for all claims assigned, as required by various regulatory agencies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience within a similar Motor claims role
• Ability to be proactive and use initiative
• Customer focused – with genuine desire to help people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• High attention to detail, and excellent time management
