Your new role
You will be in charge of managing and developing the Personal Lines portfolio, as well as be the point of contact for more junior staff.

• Provide advice Retail&Domestic policies
• Evaluate prospect’s current insurance program and offer alternatives based on coverage and price. Present proposals and finalise sale.
• Effectively manage retention and renewals process
• Ensure industry compliance standards are adhered to
• Identify and actively pursue new business and new lines to cross-sell and up-sell

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as an Account Manager ideally in Personal/Retail lines.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a mid-sized broker
• Proven ability to develop new business and service existing clients to a high standard
• Effectively manage renewals and retention
• Sound understanding and adherence to compliance standards
