A boutique and well established superannuation firm based in the city is looking for a hardworking and experienced fund administrator to come and join their team. This will be a busy position in which the selected candidate will be responsible for delivery of high quality superannuation administration services to their clients.
Your key duties will include but not limited to:
Processing or peer review of:
- rollovers & and transfers received
- benefit payments
- investment switches
- personal details changes for members
- pension payments
You will also assist with project work including reconciliation and monitoring of unallocated money, extracting and reviewing data for specific mail-outs to members, lost and unclaimed money, reporting to the relevant regulators.
In order to be considered we are looking for:
- Knowledge of financial services industry and products
- Proven experience in superannuation
- Previous experience with managing people
- Experience in operational aspects of administration systems
- Comfortable with Microsoft office suite
Certificates in Yearly AML Training RG146 Certification, Yearly CPD Points beneficial but not essential.
