Established in 2006, our business continues to grow and we are now looking to expand our claims team. We have full time position available for a Claims Consultant to join our team in Sutherland. Well-spoken and with a passion for helping people, you'll answer customer queries and guide them through the end-to-end claims process.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from our customers, as well as internal and external parties to coordinate claim outcome
- Responsible for end to end claims management
- Ensuring a fair and reasonable outcome for our customers
- Driving service outcomes for internal and external customers
- Taking responsibility in claims management, whilst providing an exceptional customer service and Demonstrating effective communication skills
- A strong team player who can drive their own performance and take pride in their contribution to the team
- Adhering to all compliance and legislative requirements

- Strong customer service experience

- You will need to have sound computer literacy which includes Microsoft Excel
- 1 to 2 years claims experience preferred, but not essential
