One of the Worlds leading Reinsurers has an opportunity for a confident and engaging claim professional to join their organisation as Claims Operations Analyst. The following newly created role is based within a supportive analytical team and would suit a high achieving claim professional who is detail orientated, analytical thinking and who values relationships.

The Role:

Liaise with key business stakeholders to actively engage in the development and execution of the client relationship and engagement strategy operations
Contribute to the delivery of a strong understanding of how claim portfolios are performing through portfolio level monitoring and reporting.
Improve data optimisation and administrative processes – identify ways to make existing processes more efficient and robust and implement. Focus on improvement of the quality of data.
Ensure all processes and controls are documented within the Claims Operations Team such as that there are no key person dependencies.

The Successful Candidate Will:

Have claims experience working with financial institutions with exposure to Life Insurance and/or reinsurance
Be detail-oriented, process driven and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Have strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and strengthen relationships within the business and externally at all levels
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes
Have experience in identifying areas of risk and improving the operations
