We are looking for Operations Consultant to join our high performing and collaborative team within our Life Insurance Administration team.
 
As an Operations Consultant you will provide a high level of service to our customers via phone enquiries as well as actioning any administrative tasks required.  If you have experience working within a call centre and/or administrative roles previously, look further!

You're amazing at:
  • Managing customer via inbound calls enquiring about their Life insurance policy
  • Handle and process life insurance administrative tasks
  • Liaise with Underwriters, Advisers and other staff/departments as required
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and problem solving in every interaction
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Previous Contact Centre experience
  • Prior Administrative experience is preferred
  • Insurance experience will be very helpful in this role
  • Customer service orientated
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
