What is the role?
 
Join our Corporate broking business in North Sydney. Working within an experienced and high performing team, you will be responsible for driving business forward by proactively supporting Senior Brokers.
 
You will achieve this by:

• Providing administrative support on invoices, quotes, premium and adjustments calculations and managing the debtor process
  
• Maintaining databases, information systems and records
  
• Liaising and maintaining relationships with both clients & insurers
  
• Improving internal business processes, creating process and cost efficiencies
  
• Continually maintaining an awareness of the industry and our client's business and insurance needs.

What are we looking for?
 
To excel in this role you will:

• Have general insurance experience ideally within broking
  
• Be someone who is a natural communicator with a client service focused mind
  
• Possess experience in document preparation with a high attention to detail
  
• Be organised and efficient and be able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
