EML are currently looking for expression of interests who would interested in a Group Manager role and want to make a difference in the lives of others. Key Responsibilities
- Guide Team Leaders across the Business Unit in providing coaching, guiding and managing of team members to achieve team performance and continuous improvement whilst maintaining a collaborative team spirit
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including life insurer clients, EML business unit managers and learning and development
- Assist in coordination of the teams in quality and timely planning, target setting, implementation, monitoring, training and development and reporting of the training competencies against key deliverables
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of the state Workers Compensation legislation and the associated regulations and guidelines
- Strong understanding of the contract requirements and performance measures
- Understanding of Life insurance and how to read a policy
- Knowledge of cost of claims impact
- Sound analytical skills
- People management skills, including team building, coaching, performance management and change management
- Strong experience managing and developing teams within a personal injury environment
- Successful track record in achieving business objectives
