EML are currently looking for expression of interests who would interested in a Group Manager role and want to make a difference in the lives of others. Key Responsibilities

  • Guide Team Leaders across the Business Unit in providing coaching, guiding and managing of team members to achieve team performance and continuous improvement whilst maintaining a collaborative team spirit
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including life insurer clients, EML business unit managers and learning and development
  • Assist in coordination of the teams in quality and timely planning, target setting, implementation, monitoring, training and development and reporting of the training competencies against key deliverables

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of the state Workers Compensation legislation and the associated regulations and guidelines
  • Strong understanding of the contract requirements and performance measures
  • Understanding of Life insurance and how to read a policy
  • Knowledge of cost of claims impact
  • Sound analytical skills
  • People management skills, including team building, coaching, performance management and change management
  • Strong experience managing and developing teams within a personal injury environment
  • Successful track record in achieving business objectives
