EML are currently looking for expression of interests who would interested in a Team Leader role and want to make a difference in the lives of others. Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Group Manager to develop and implement a pro-active, specialised approach to the management of life insurance claims
- Pro-actively supervise, develop and support team members ensuring team and organisational objectives are met
- Provide technical guidance in relation to the strategic management of life insurance claims
- Supervise the day-to-day work activity, training and development of a team of Senior Case Managers and case Managers and work collaboratively with Legal Specialists and Injury Management Advisers
Skills & Experience
- Understanding of Life insurance and how to read a policy
- Strong understanding of the contract requirements and performance measures
- Knowledge of premium calculation and cost of claims impact
- People management skills, including team building, coaching, performance management and change management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products
- Experience managing and developing teams within a personal injury environment
