The opportunity:
We are offering a unique opportunity for someone to join our insurance broking team in Parramatta who look after a wide range of Entertainment clients. This position offers a great team environment, experienced leadership, excellent training & development, and lots of career progression opportunities.
The opportunity to attend entertainment industry events and work with households names in the entertainment space is a bonus!
- Most of your role will be responding to your client portfolio new insurance calls / emails, service queries, claims, and renewals
- You will actively manage your portfolio by developing a long term relationship, and promoting additional services for their business
- Your day will be fast paced and varied, including; team meetings, emails, CRM system management for your clients, follow up calls, liaising with insurers, and potentially client visits in the future
- You may also be called upon to help create digital and e-commerce solutions for this industry as well as have involvement with new marketing initiatives
About you:
This role will suit someone who works well under pressure, is a self-starter and is highly client service focused. Suitable people will have:
- Relevant insurance experience, as an ideal
- An enthusiasm to achieve team goals in a customer servicing role
- High levels of motivation and a desire to be part of a supportive team environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to achieve client and company expectations
- An Entertainment background would be looked favourably upon
