Case Management Specialist
Looking for experienced Case Managers to provide a world class customer service to employers and injured workers
icare has embarked on a new and unique partnership relationship with Employers Mutual. THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for experienced Case Managers to provide a world class customer service to employers and injured workers, who require customised support to facilitate their return to work and recovery. You’ll find yourself working alongside a unique and talented bunch of individuals with the skills, experience and passion, all helping our customers at their greatest time of need.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing a world class customer service experience through active listening and building collaborative relationships with each customer
• Facilitating a positive return to work experience by using your subject knowledge in workers’ compensation and/or personal injury
• Collaborating with Injury Management, Technical Specialists and other subject matter experts to collect information that assists you in making the best decision for each injured worker you support
• Conducting claim reviews, facilitating case conferences and face to face meetings
