Looking to secure a challenging new role? We are working with a well-established brokerage that has been a market leader for over 20 years. Due to growth within a high-performing team, the business is looking for an experienced Account Broker to their Strata team. This is an excellent opportunity for insurance professionals to gain exposure to a niche field.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as an Account Exec, preferrably with a brokerage
• General insurance exp - strata/property/commercial or related fields
• Confidence working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Technical insurance/broking skills - RG146 compliance
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Client-focused, with outstanding relationship/stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strata/property experience an advantage, but not essential
