The Company
This well established boutique Insurer with an excellent reputation for Workers Compensation claims management is currently seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Specialist for a unique and standalone role within their risk department.
The Opportunity
The primary responsibilities of this role will include:
- Developing and publishing end-user documentation around internal processes quite specifically related to claims management utilizing your strong technical writing skills and knowledge
- Preparing the information for and facilitating small group training sessions
- Reviewing and editing technical content already in place
- Ensuring compliance against company practices and current regulatory guidelines
- Designing and developing training based on identity capability gaps
- Liaising when required with external Regulators and ensuring all legislative changes are effectively communicated to the department from a process perspective through updating the relevant documentation and facilitating training if requested by the Claims Manager
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
- Excellent knowledge of the current workers compensation legislation
- Strong workers compensation industry experience (All backgrounds will be considered including Team Leaders, Technical Specialists, L&D Consultants, Legal Specialists, Experienced Senior Case Managers).
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Previous experience in facilitating group training (Preferable)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
