Echelon Claims Services, a division of Echelon Australia Pty Ltd, offers a premier claims management service, specialising in the area of insurance operations and self insurance programs. A full-time position currently exists for a Liability Claims Consultant within our Melbourne team.
In this role you will complete a variety of duties, including liaising with claimants, clients, solicitors, repairers, and assessors, whilst conducting general claims duties. The successful applicant will be well organised, highly motivated and have a positive attitude. This is an opportunity to come in on the ground floor of a team with significant growth aspirations.
Duties include:-
- Management of claims
- Building and maintaining rapport with clients
- Working with colleagues to improve processes and procedures
Attributes:-
- Previous experience in liability claims is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and organise
- Ability to work within a team environment
A salary package commensurate with skills and experience will be offered to the successful applicant.
