Reporting to the Claims Team Leader, the core responsibilities of this role are to assess retail claims within the guidelines available and in line with the contractual obligations of AIA Australia for the specific product being claimed.
You will proactively manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring you work within our philosophy of doing the right thing, in the right way. This role will have you assessing claims through the practical application of the policy terms and conditions and analysis of medical, financial and other relevant information.
To be successful in the role you will have experience in assisting claimants back to work and work closely with our Senior Claims Analysts, Claims Specialists and advisors to achieve optimal outcomes for AIA Australia and claimants.
