The Company
Our client a leading Financial Institution and Employer of Choice who are seeking a Claims Assessor to join their Sydney team; which has gone through continued growth and expansion.

The Opportunity
Here you will be responsible for assessing and managing a portfolio of Life Risk disability (Group) claims in line with the Policy Terms and Conditions.
If successful your responsibilities would include; but are not limited to:

Managing a portfolio of group life insurance claims
Review claims assessors' decisions
Assisting with monthly auditing of claims
Mentoring, coaching and providing advice to the Claims Assessor's
Assisting with the compilation of monthly reports

About You:

2 + years experience (minimum) in assessing insurance claims; specifically from Workers Compensation, Rehabilitation or Life Claims.
Strong technical skills across TPD products
Strong understanding and working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
