THE OPPORTUNITY

Expand our Case Management team in the Sydney CBD and help provide a world class customer service to employers and injured workers, who require customised support to facilitate their return to work and recovery. You’ll find yourself working alongside a unique and talented bunch of individuals with the skills, experience and passion, all helping our customers at their greatest time of need.

ABOUT YOU

  • Display empathy and passion whilst providing great customer service
  • Build rapport and confidence with your customers
  • Engage in a proactive and solution focused manner
  • Operate collaboratively within a supportive team environment

 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce a world class customer service experience through active listening and building collaborative relationships with each customer
  • Construct a positive return to work experience by using your subject knowledge in workers’ compensation and/or personal injury
  • Collaborate with Injury Management, Technical Specialists and other subject matter experts to collect information that assists you in making the best decision for each injured worker you support
  • Conduct claim reviews, facilitating case conferences and face to face meetings
