Excellent opportunity to join a team of qualified, experienced and reputable insurance brokers, who specialise in a wide range of services and products. 

This exciting role will require you to review and manage various clients Workers Compensation programs in consultation with our General Insurance Brokers, as well as being actively involved within the Claims process, liaising with Insurers on behalf of the client. Based in Sydney CBD, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day servicing and development of a portfolio of Workers Compensation clients.

Experience & Qualifications:

·         Proven ability to manage the servicing and development of a portfolio of workers compensation clients is essential

·         Strong technical claims background

·         Previous experience as an Account Manager or a stand-out Senior Account Executive ready for that next step

·         Thorough knowledge of managing claims effectively and efficiently

·         Comfortable in a client facing environment, high client retention rates, and successful upsell/cross-sell record

·         Outstanding customer focus and approach to business

·         Excellent communication and sound interpersonal skills

·         Effective negotiating skills

·         Ability to liaise with colleagues, clients and business partners across a wide range of industries

·         Strong administration skills, ability to deliver compliant and accurate client files, Microsoft Office (good knowledge of Word)
