Your New Role

As a Fund Administrator, you’ll report to the Team Leader of Superannuation Services and be responsible for processing day to day administration tasks as well as responding to enquiries received through the call centre.  You’ll liaise with other superannuation team members to ensure all tasks are completed and member enquiries are actioned professionally, in a timely manner and within agreed service levels.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing ongoing support to the Team Leader and other senior stakeholders
  • Processing and reviewing member enquiries, change of details, terminations, new entrants, contribution loading and assist with monthly reconciliations
  • Complete and/or review all employer and member transactions as required
  • Liaise with members and employers as needed to successfully complete task
  • Prepare administration reporting as required
  • Daily & monthly reconciliations items identified, investigated and resolved in a timely manner
About You

Apart from the usual well-developed verbal and written communication skills, high accuracy and attention to detail, strong organisational skills, ability to build relationships and work as part of a wider team, commitment, tenacity, resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure, you’ll also be able to demonstrate:
  • 1+ years in a similar role, in the superannuation industry
  • Sound knowledge of superannuation operations
  • Demonstrated understanding of relevant administration policies and superannuation legislation
  • Exposure to software such as Superb 2000 (Superb 2000, preferred but not essential)
  • RG146/ASFA qualifications will be highly regarded
