Our Client

The Role
This role will manage a portfolio of statutory Workers Compensation claim files from initial application to closure in accordance with Queensland legislation. Other requirements of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the administration tasks of the workers compensations statutory claims portfolio
  • Providing the administrative assistance to the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Manager
  • Provide proactive injury management and rehabilitation advise to the Queensland based business
  • Ensuing injury management policies and processes are understood and adhered to across the business

  Requirements

  •  At least five years’ experience in the Queensland Legislation for claims management at statutory
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and application of the Workers Compensation Act and associated documents
  • Good skills in problem solving and continuous improvement  

Remuneration and Location
Remuneration is highly competitive and will be structured to attract the right candidate to this role, based on skills and experience. The role is based at Townsville in Northern Queensland.
