THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of challenging claims across all property lines (home and commercial)
• End to end management of claims -> coverage, liability, quantum and implementing settlement strategies
• Examining claims, liaising with clients, brokers, repairers and loss adjusters
• Proactively build strategies and negotiate settlements with claimants and ensuring the claims are being processed with guidelines and regulations
• Building strong relationships with claimants, confidently handling their queries and ensuring they are kept up to date with their claims processing

YOU

• A strong background in  home , commercial property or strata claims with experience managing claims end to end
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to report, present and negotiate
• The ability to work independently, prioritise and effectively manage your time across multiple tasks
• Capable of building long term relationships with clients based on your commitment to customer service
