We currently have positions available within the Corporate Recoveries and Settlements team in our Brisbane CBD office on a permanent full-time basis.

In this role you will manage the Recovery and Settlement of claims for our brands by ensuring sufficient estimates are on a claim, negotiating liability and demands with third parties and achieving the best possible recovery or settlement in a timely manner whilst providing a superior level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the recovery and settlement process for the allocated queue workflow
  • Identify and maximise recovery opportunities
  • Negotiate win/win with settlement claims
  • Fully understand and make decisions in line with the limits of authority and company guidelines
  • Work within authority levels and make appropriate recommendations when authority is exceeded
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards all customers
  • Ensuring all to in a timely manner, and proactively calling and answering calls to customer enquiries are attended achieve or exceed daily targets

  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High amount of resilience and ability to adapt to change
  • Claims experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
