Stirling Andersen are working with an industry leading Insurance broker based in the Inner Eastern suburbs. Having been established over 40 years ago, this privately owned firm have developed their reputation as an industry leader through their "Client first" approach.  

Through the continued growth of the firm, they are now looking at taking on an Assistant Account Executive. This is a key role in supporting a Senior Account Manager with their corporate portfolio and presents an opportunity to learn in a very supportive, dynamic environment. This role involves the timely processing of new business, renewals, endorsements and policies to ensure they are compliant with industry requirements. 

Key Duties

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Account Executive
• Process endorsements and cancellations
• Ensure processes are carried out in compliance with industry requirements
• Manage the renewal process
• Ensure the accuracy of policy documentations
• Data entry of new business
• Liaise with underwriters and internal stakeholders

Key Selection Criteria

• Ideally 2 years of experience as an Assistant Account Exec or at a brokerage 
• Minimum Tier 2 certification in Broking
• Proven hands on experience generating offer and policy documentations
• Sunrise or CBS experience would be highly regarded but not essential
