Our client is a leading wealth manager and this is a crucial role which will be responsible for driving business and group priorities. This will be an initial 12 month contract role reporting into the Senior Manager of Wealth Change. This is a great opportunity to lead change and collaborate across teams and build strong internal relationships.
The aim of this role will be to simplify and standardise how change management practices are coordinated and managed across the Wealth function. This role will also involve supporting the development and implementation of change management requirements for all Superannuation/Wealth Projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Documenting and updating process changes, manuals, requirements and working with various Onshore and Offshore Teams to deliver and implement these in the Wealth function related to Superannuation/Wealth
- Working with all Wealth function Teams and Banking Project Governance & Delivery teams to build capability, develop and deliver change tools and support to the Leaders
- Delivering and embedding business change Framework into the Wealth functions daily workings
- Supporting the Senior Manager, Wealth Change & Regulatory to design, develop and champion approval and implementation of Superannuation strategic and sustainable business cases for the Wealth function
- Ensuring all Wealth teams understand the intent, purpose and importance of the groups approach to Change Management and can incorporate the execution of the capabilities in their day to day roles
- Being a valued participant in the Product and Service Stakeholder Engagement
- Engaging and fostering relationships with business unit resources who have accountability for supporting change effort (e.g. SME’s, change champions, communication specialists, change mangers)
- Collaborating with any Project Teams (PM’s, Stream Leads, BA’s) to ensure alignment of project/Change Management activities to business unit activities.
Skills & Experience:
- Preferably RG146 qualified
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in business, finance or project management
- Proven experience within Superannuation or wider Finanacial Services
- Lean experience
- Establishing change and communication experience
- Proven successful delivery of strategic, cultural, structural, technology and process change
- Strong internal consulting skills including facilitation
- Strong relationship management focus including the ability to understand key business drivers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
