MBA Insurance Services (MBAIS) is a rapidly growing national insurance broker specialising in the building and construction industry.  With a proven history of developing quality insurance brokers, we aim to create an environment where our people feel respected and engaged with the business, and where they are rewarded for outstanding work. 
  
Due to significant growth in our NSW business, we are expanding our team.  We are seeking an experienced and client focussed broker with genuine hands on account management experience to manage a general portfolio of SME construction clients. 
  
Reporting to the SME Team Leader, this role involves managing a portfolio, including:

• Renewals,
• Endorsements,
• Claims management, and
• Contribution to new business activity (warm leads) as required.

As the successful candidate, you will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• High level organisational skills,
• Tier 1 (Broking) Compliance,
• A strong customer service focus,
• Demonstrated understanding of Construction Insurance (desirable), and
• Winbeat and Office Tech experience (desirable).

Key to your success will be your self-motivation, ability to develop and nurture key business relationships, and your willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client expectations are met, if not exceeded.
