A leading NSW Government entity is looking for a Technology Training Specialist to design and deliver training content for a learning program. Responsible got training and supporting staff for a smooth transition to a new integrated systems platform.

About the role:

Provide/procure content for the training materials
Created modular training deliverables
Design and publish training materials to ensure they provide adequate support for users
Deliver and facilitate training sessions and provide on the floor assistance to staff
Report on course progress and outcomes to support and effective transformation

About you:

Experience in developing systems training material
Facilitation experience
Experience in workers compensation
