Our client is an ASX listed national broker providing total risk solutions for clients. Based in Brisbane, you will join a busy and established team as an Account Executive supporting the administration of client accounts and, as such, must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships and interacting with external vendors/stakeholders e.g. external actuaries, re-insurance brokers and scheme agents
• Liaising with clients and underwriters
• Shadow Account manager and attend client meetings
• Assisting with processing new business, issuing certificates of currency, processing renewals & CoC’s
• Creating and checking policy documentation, processing endorsements and raising invoices
• Assisting with the claims management process
• Monitoring and responding to enquiries

Key Requirements:

• Tier 1 or 2 in General Insurance Broking
• 2 years + experience as an Account Broker or Assistant Account Executive working on Commercial General Insurance business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and
• High levels of attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism
• A self-starter who is flexible and adaptive

Ideally we are looking for experienced Assistant Account Executives or Account Brokers that are ready to step into these roles and who are Tier 1 compliant In General Insurance Broking and with experience working on Commercial General Insurance policies within an Insurance Broking environment
