The Role:
As Motor Vehicle Assessor you will be responsible for accurately assessing the repair or replacement of motor vehicles, whilst providing our customers with a seamless, easy and excellent customer journey.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The completion of Drive and Non Drive assessments from our Laverton Assessment Centre;
- Accurate and timely valuations on total loss vehicles;
- Adherence to company standards and working to key performance indicators;
- Maintaining a professional relationship with repairers; and
- Managing vehicle repair quality to ensure client satisfaction.
Knowledge and Experience:
- A real passion for excellent customer service;
- A deep understanding of repair cost drivers, quality repairs & vehicle safety requirements;
- Prior motor assessing or estimating/job costing experience;
- Trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting;
- Experience in the preparation of repair estimates;
- Intermediate computer skills;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; and
- Excellent personal presentation.
