The Company:

This high performing International Insurance Specialist who continue to grow from strength to strength are currently seeking an Accident & Health Claims Assessor to join their busy Travel Insurance team on a contract basis.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Efficiently managing your own portfolio of claims from start to finish within company Service Level Agreements.
• Assessing medical information obtained from both the claimant and other external treatment providers
• Processing claim payments as instructed by the Claims Manager and updating the system accordingly

• Liaising directly with Claimants, Brokers and Travel Agents to obtain the necessary information required to make an assessment on each claim
• Assisting other departments throughout the business with adhoc projects as requested by Management

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience in a similar Travel Insurance or Accident & Health Claims Assessor role
• Passion for providing a Superior Customer Service
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads in line with SLA’s
• Strong Communicational & Negotiation skills
