MORE ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for individuals who have completed or completed the equivalent of 2 years full time study who are interested in a rewarding career in insurance and can work a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Successful applicants will receive a 12 month part-time contract competitive remuneration package and industry leading training and accreditation program.
To be successful in your application you will demonstrate resilience, have a great work ethic, and enjoy making a difference to others. You have the ability to make sound decisions based on logic and analysis, and are a confident communicator with the capability to build genuine relationships.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Manage a portfolio of claims from initial assessment through to a sustainable return to work or claim closure
- Collaborate with treating doctors and rehabilitation providers to assist our customers return to a health and sustainable working life
- Contribute to collaboration and best practice within MLC Life Insurance claims
- Support our customers during their time of need with empathy and respect
- Complete claims administration tasks for payment processing
