Working in this brand new role for this leading insurer you will be responsible for ensuring that all business changes are accurately documented and meet the business needs.
You'll be empowered to work with minimal supervision in a highly professional environment, and when required lead BA activity across multiple project streams .The role works closely with multiple business units and IT teams to deliver key project benefits.
Key responsibilities:
- Determine business needs and drivers
- Enterprise analysis using capability models
- Challenge stakeholders on their needs to determine the best solution
- Collect & document requirements
- Provide input and review the High Level Solution Design
- Facilitate regular requirements meetings and workshops
You will need:
- Experienced in Agile delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Life Insurance/Investment experience required
- 5+ years’ experience as a senior business analyst
