We are currently seeking an Assistant Case Manager to join our Workers Compensation Claims team in Darwin on a permanent full-time basis.

The opportunity

You will support a team of case managers, enabling the provision of superior service to internal and external clients. You will provide administrative assistance and support to case managers in the delivery of high quality case management services to stakeholders.

What does success look like?

As an Assistant Case Manager you will possess a strong customer focus, organisational skills, and enjoy working within a multi-disciplinary team.  You will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to deal with people at all levels, as well as a high attention to detail.  You will also have the ability to strive for continuous improvement whilst working within a committed and enjoyable team environment.
