At ORIX we are continuing to grow our Fleet Management and Leasing business and as a result we are in search of an experienced Administration Officer of Vehicle Leasing and Insurance. This exciting opportunity is available as a full time fixed term contract, initially for 6 months. Your main responsibility will be providing administration support and managing all insurance claims against company vehicles.

Other key components of the role include:

  • Liaising with external insurance firms, assessors and repairers
  • Processing payments to suppliers and repairers
  • Monitoring daily insurance claims lodged with external insurance companies
  • Processing motor vehicle accident claims and liaising with drivers in an event of an accident
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly payments for vehicles
  • Updating current vehicle variants on the system
  • Monitoring and processing insurance claims lodged with external insurance companies
  • Assisting in other areas of the department when required
  • Participating with cross training in the department
  • Adhering to company approved business policies, procedures and practices

About you

  • A minimum of 12 months customer service and administration experience
  • Good working knowledge of insurance and claims management
  • Fleet management experience highly desirable
    Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong planning and organisational skills – ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines; prioritise and organise workloads
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
