QOA Taxi Cover Pty Ltd is an expanding Brisbane based company that provides accident cover for hire vehicles throughout Australia. We currently have an opportunity for a motivated self-starter who is highly proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic file management.
Your duties for this role will include:
- Support in the management of the portfolio of clients
- Process Motor Claims and data entry
- Liase with clients, agents and suppliers
- Maintain and create documents and spreadsheets
- Answer phone calls and customer queries
- Monitor and maintain business email accounts
- Take responsibility for a range of processing and administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a claims assistant in settlements and recoveries
- Professional written and communication skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft products
- To demonstrate high attention to detail
- To work without direct supervision
- Willingness to be adaptable, flexible and learn new skills
- To work as part of a team
- To be motivated and show pride in your work
