As a Strata Insurance Account Executive your duties will include, assisting with data entry, liaising with Body Corporate Committee members, negotiating with Insurers, co-ordinating & arranging quotes, Claims Management, etc..
To be the successful candidate for this busy role, you must demonstrate the following skill set;
- Practical knowledge of and previous experience in the Strata Industry will be highly regarded
- Practical understanding of processing Insurance Renewals, Quotes & Claims
- Reconcile Insurance refunds & commissions;
- Processing endorsements;
- Arrange payment of contractor/reimbursements to owners;
- Liaise with owners, real estate agents, contractors and insurers during the claims process;
- Professional presentation;
- Exceptional customer service
- An ability to think 'outside the box' and problem solve.
Remuneration will be in line with knowledge and experience. Training will be provided to the successful candidate on an ongoing basis.
