The Role
As a Business Development Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Research, expand and pursue business opportunities, create a pipeline
• Conduct presentations with prospect clients
• Liaise with clients, industry associates and insurance intermediaries
• Attend industry events, network with potential prospects
• Generating 'top of the market' client experiences through exceptional customer service and communication skills

You
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience gained within the General Insurance industry, Broking, Underwriting or Claims. 
• Tier 1 Qualified, desired not essential 
• Proven experience in creating a pipeline, wining deals and retention. 
• Be driven and committed, want to earn MONEY 
• Proven communication and negotiation skills
