ABOUT THE COMPANY 
Highly regarded, professional, commercial insurance broker, servicing SME and commercial clients. This innovative Broking House manages all aspects of commercial insurance including but not limited to strata management, business packages and domestic.  With a demonstrated approach to client focused and consultative advice, this brokerage places a high level of importance on developing and maintaining a relationship of trust and professionalism with their clients, the results of which speak for themselves.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will help manage, build and maintain a profitable commercial portfolio, working directly with the Authorized Representative on new business opportunities.  The primary purpose of this role is to be the key driver by providing professional insurance broking and risk advisory services to clients, to identify and fulfill clients’ needs and objectives, thereby maintaining client satisfaction and retention levels.

DUTIES

• Utilising your existing broking experience and technical knowledge
• Providing high levels of service and insurance advice to clients and prospects
• Manage client/insurer relationships, renewals, claims and other business needs across the whole spectrum of broker responsibilities
• Prospecting for new business

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Tier 1 & 2 Accreditation is essential
• 2-3 years experience in Commercial Broking
• Exceptional relationship and communication skills
• Desire to develop skills and knowledge
