The Role
As a key member of Workers Compensation Risk States, Product, this role is accountable for achieving new business targets and processing Workers Compensation Direct business to achieve profit, growth and retention targets in line with strategic objectives.
This position will also underwrite Direct business within guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional Customer Service
- Supporting and Managing Client enquires over the phone
- Processing customer policies
- Providing client quotes
- Technical Underwriting
- Managing Business Plan Objectives
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous team work experience
- Minimum 12 months experience or exposure to Workers' Compensation/General Insurance with an Insurer or Intermediary
- TEE or a Certificate of Secondary Education
- Advancement towards Affiliate Membership of ANZIFF and/or Tertiary Business Qualifications
