An exciting opportunity exists for experienced RTW and Tail Case Managers to join the team at Xchanging. We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Case Management working within a professional environment who enjoy interacting as part of a team.

 

About the Role

Working within the Return to Work or Tail team, you will assist and support injured workers return to work through the delivery of service oriented case management to ensure entitlements to compensation are made appropriately. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders is paramount to strong and sustainable outcomes.

 

To be successful in this role you will have experience:

  • Assessing and determining liability on claims.

  • Preparing for, attending and performing at claims reviews highlighting your excellent claims strategies, results and communicating further with your stakeholders.

  • Assist workers return to work through service oriented case management.

  • Ensure entitlements to compensation are made appropriately.

 

Required Expertise

  • Experience as a Case Manager with the VIC Workers Compensation Scheme, ideally in Return to Work or Long Term Case Management

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • Negotiation and influencing.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability to work with different IT applications
