Globally recognised insurer is seeking a Property or Liability Claims professional join their team in either SYDNEY or MELBOURNE. This is a newly created role within the organisation and requires a claims professional with exposure to claims attributed to Machinery Breakdown, Glass Breakage, Water Damage and more.
About the role:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines claims from SME businesses including all administrative and communicative duties associate with claims management
- Claims typically range from $100k+
- Manage the expectations of valued external stakeholders including Brokers, Insureds, Solicitors and Loss Adjusters.
- Manage internal relationships with Underwriters and Managers.
- Manage external relationships with Underwriting Agency Partners
- Make sound judgments and display confidence in your decisions and possess the ability to communicate these to stakeholders.
