About the role:
RAA Insurance has successfully grown to become a leading iconic Insurance brand in SA. Due to continual growth and internal moves, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Claims Officer to handle the management of home claims.
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding service to our Members;
• Interpret and apply policy conditions to settle claims;
• Liaise with stakeholders such as Assessors, Loss Adjusters, Investigators and Solicitors;
• Process claims and associated administration;
• Work steadily to achieve KPI’s and quality targets;
• Assist with claims lodgment over-flow from time to time.
What you need:
• Home claims (or similar claims) experience is essential;
• Outstanding attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• The empathy to deal with customers who have suffered loss;
• A positive can-do attitude and team ethos;
• Intermediate PC skills, and experience with Insurance based systems.
