About The Role
Role Location: 347 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000
Role Type: Permanent (40 hours per week)
 
As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business analysis support with respect to the functions managed by the Customer Collateral team. You will work closely with, and under the direction & guidance of the team manager, along with other stream lead managers in the team, across a range of activities such as analysis and documentation of business requirements, testing co-ordination and managing impact of change on customer materials.   
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication (oral & written) skills
• Good understanding of the business and various product sets (including processes) and legislative framework
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proven ability to analyse & report on data in a meaningful way for the business
