We are currently recruiting for the highly coveted NSW/ACT State Manager, this is a rare opportunity which will see the successful applicant joining our Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) Distribution team.
Reporting to the Head of IAS, the purpose of this role is to lead and inspire a large team of administration and sales professionals in achieving new business through servicing existing clients and growing the financial adviser distribution across the Retail Insurance myOwn and Vitality products.
We are looking at speaking with people experienced in managing sales people, with a strong coaching and mentoring background.
Your; leadership, relationship, presentation and negotiation skills will be second-to-none. What will really separate you from the pack will be your focus, drive and determination. You are a self-starter however, you can also take guidance and direction.
Ideally you will have an insurance/financial services background and you will be familiar with working with advisers, although not mandatory it would be favourable.
