A rare opportunity to join the In-house Injury Management Team as Injury & Wellbeing Lead is now on offer.

Reporting to the Regional Injury & Wellbeing Manager, the responsibilities include:

  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate safe & timely return to work
  • Foster a culture of proactive injury prevention & management
  • Engage & motivate injured workers in RTW process, liaising with relevant stakeholders
  • Work with Line Managers to implement RTW plans
  • Prepare statistical & reporting information
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary team environment & team projects, as required
  • Implement wellbeing initiatives, including managing wellbeing program across the site

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 4-5+ year's experience in Workplace Rehabilitation &/or Injury Management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of RTW & Workers Compensation legislation
  • Allied health professional with relevant professional membership (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor) - helpful, but not essential
  • Confident, energetic & thrives in a team environment
  • Motivated to have a positive impact on the Workplace Health & Wellbeing of this organisation
