An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide exceptional levels of customer service in a Claims Lodgement Role in a well established General Insurance team.
The role will involve:
- Taking inbound calls and being the first point of contact for customers lodging a home and contents or motor claim
- Liaising with different internal and external stakeholders
- Keeping accurate and detailed file notes
- Reporting any suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims
- Providing excellent customer service levels at all times
- Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible
About you:
- Strong customer service experience, ideally from a call centre environment.
- Claims lodgement experience is preferable
- Sound communication skills
- have an eye for to detail and strong listening skills
- Show empathy in different situations
- Team Players
- Ability to work to deadlines and meet KPI's
- Enthusiasm and energy
